The Space:

Open kitchen with white quartz counters, gas range, full appliances. The living area flows straight into the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors.



Three bedrooms, each with A/C and its own bath. Every room opens directly to the patio. No hallways to cross.



The pool sits in the middle of it all. Covered dining terrace beside it. From here you see the whole villa, and the whole villa sees you.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Linda sits in the hills above Sosúa, a private gated community of villas tucked into tropical vegetation. Streets are quiet. Security stays on the gate around the clock.



Five minutes to Playa Sosúa. Ten to Cabarete. The town center is close enough for groceries, restaurants and pharmacies, far enough to feel apart from it.



Getting Around:

Fifteen minutes from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP).



When a car suits your stay, we put one at your disposal. Waiting for you at arrivals, keys in hand as you walk out of the terminal, or quietly parked at the villa. No counters. No paperwork.



When you'd rather not drive, our private driver moves with you. Airport pickups. Beach runs. Dinner reservations. Late nights into Cabarete. The car shows up when you ask, leaves when you're done.
