„La casa è ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non è gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. Ci è piaciuto molto lo staff è cordiale il ristorante è molto buona e le piscine sono molto pulite e piacevoli.“

„The location was lovely, with beautiful and relaxing hot spring fed pools and a great spa area for treatments. the apartment was adequate but the furniture and kitchen applicances coud be better. The sofa was not comfortable as it was old and had the cushion worn out; the kitchen needs a coffee maker and a few more hand tools; it would be nice to have salt and pepper; oil and vinegar; and paper towels on hand. we had to buy all those things for a short four day stay. “

Das Frühstück mit breitem Angebot: alles köstlich. Nur der Frühstücksraum selbst könnte mehr Farbe/Pflanzen vertragen. Das Gelände samt Parkplätzen ist abgesperrt. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!“

„Das Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung, das äussere Erscheinungsbild als auch das Personal sind gut. Allerdings haben sie mafiöse Preise. Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern für 900 CHF. Das Zimmer ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt wenig modern. Die Badezimmer waren alt und sehr klein, die Betten durchgelegen. Der Spa ist ein Thermalbad, allerdings funktioniert die Hälfte nicht, Licht viel aus, Experience-Duschen funktionierten nicht, und das ganze wirkt ziemlich ...

"- Sehr gutes Frühstück. - Schönes, grosses Zimmer (Garten Junior Suite). - Gute Bar. - Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant 1919 und in der Trattoria La Stellata. Die Pizzeria war mittelmässig. - Sehr gute Massage durch Physiotherapeuten - Genügend Liegen im Aussenbereich, auch sehr bequem. Man könnte sogar die Liegen für den gesamten Aufenthalt reservieren - Grosser Thermalbereich, mit unlimitiertem Zugang zu allen Bereichen für die Hotelgäste - Sehr freundliches Personal - Spa Bereich für Massagen und Treatments sehr schön - Sauberkeit mittelmässig (Boden im Zimmer z.T. klebrig, Schimmelflecken auf Silikonfugen in der Dusche) - Lage direkt bei der Thermalquelle - Wartung des Aussenbereiches magelhaft. Viele zerbrochene Travertin-Fliesen im Aussenbereich, sehr starke Schwefelablagerungen an Geländern, Jacuzzi Düsen funktionieren nur teilweise. - Bagno Romana: Dampfbad: sehr schlechter Zustand. Fliesen sind zum Teil abgefallen und liegen lose auf der Sitzbank im Dampfbad. Verletzungsgefahr. Sauna: Holz quillt z.T. auf, Holzgitter an den Bänken ist defekt. Wir hatten uns sehr auf einen Wellnessaufenthalt mit Sauna und Dampfbad gefreut, wir hatten jedoch nur den Aussbereich genützt, weil der Zustand vom Innenbereich desolat ist. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber für ein Hotel, das zu "Leading Hotels of the World" gehört, sehr, sehr mangelhaft. Schade, dass die Anlage so schlecht gewartet bzw. Defekte nicht repariert werden. Preis-Leistung finden wir deshalb schlecht."
