Appeared to have been recently, renovated. The hosts thought of everything! „Nice stay for a few days. The only thing is the listing says it has a queen bed in one room. It wasn’t a queen bed and it was hard to sleep comfortably. The host was great in communicating back and forth when needed before the stay. “

„My siblings and I were in town for a family wedding, and we determined that it was more economical to stay in the VRBO instead of a hotel. A bonus was that we were able to stay together, something that we all look forward to whenever we can. Although we didn’t use many of the amenities, we found the house to be very comfortable and clean. We all agreed, this was an A rental!“

„We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. “

We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property.
