The main floor consist of living room/dining combo, kitchen, bedroom with king size bed, & one full bath. Lower level has utility room with washer & dryer, full bath, bedroom with a queen size bed with access to deck, family room with Smart TV for streaming and card table, There is also a full size tri-fold memory foam mattress topper in a closet that can be pulled out for guests. The large sofa/sleeper with oversized ottoman can also provide extra sleeping downstairs. Upper Level has two very large bedrooms with walk-in closets that share a full bath. The upper master bedroom has its own private deck overlooking marina. WIFI, Internet Access, smart TV's minutes away from Sorrento's and Lee's Ford Marina, which the house over looks.
