„Did not use the laundry service. Parking was convenient. On the afternoon of July 17 when we checked in, the refrigerator in the room was not working. The desk clerk very quickly found us another room and solved the quandary. She deserves to be recognized for excellent service.“

„WORST hotel stay in years of travel. First off at check in MHarpe checked us in. I informed him I had an ESA with me and happy to show her paperwork. Not a problem. He said. The lobby..was Lovley. That is where my nice compliments stop. Not long after our arrival we needed to eat while my ESA rested after a 9 hr drive from NY. So we went to quickly eat. 1 hr roughly.
