„Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, living area was very nice for hanging out, quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the outside seating area in the front. We did contact the owner because the city decided to repair a water main in the area and the water was cut off for 1/2 of one day. She even offered to bring us some water.“

„This property is wrll kept and fully stocked. You can tell the owner tskes pride in the property and the confort of the guests. It felt homey and amazing. “

„We had five family members and three dogs. Loved the location and had the best time playing games, hiking, and sitting around the fire pit. The entire family got into the hunting of gnomes. It was a perfect getaway. Definitely a great 4th of July holiday! “

„house was clean, an abundance of clean bath towels, Kitchen was well stocked, ( there were even pre-prepared coffee filters with coffee for the coffeemaker) provided food and water bowls for dog, and a little container of dog treats. Lots of nice personal touches throughout the property. Loved the fenced yard for the dog. Plenty of outdoor seating and shade. Owners were very easy to work with.“

„We stayed here for the proximity of the trails for riding our side by side. It was perfect for that! The cabin was very clean. It has all the basics you need from the kitchenette to the outside grill and picnic table. The shower is a little small, but worked just fine. The a/c was nice and cold! Just know if you are coming in summer, there is no shade around the cabin. The convenience store had great food offerings; just be sure you check the hours. The area was quiet and the grounds nice and ...

„This was a nice little house to stay while we visited Petit Jean State Park. The neighborhood is older but it was quiet and uneventful which was nice. Would stay here again.“
