„The cleanliness was not up to standard. Cobwebs on kitchen cupboards, dead bugs /dust/ old liquid spills through cupboards. Floors dirty . Especially with such a late check in of 4pm I atleast expected it to be clean Also needs at least airconditioning in living areas Other then that , we did love the property “

Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. The house is an architectural wonder and takes full advantage of the amazing location and impressive views and even on the hottest day there was no need for aircon because of the cross breezes created by the brilliant design of the house. „We had a wonderful stay at Zahir's retreat in North Arm Cove. The house was clean, all the amenities worked perfectly, and it was very comfortable for our group. One of the highlights was spotting a pod of dolphins in the bay one morning. A fantastic 4-bedroom retreat that we'd happily stay at again!“
