„Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. “

„The rooms at the Rainbow Lodge are undergoing a significant upgrade. As we arrived, they were just re-hanging the door to our bathroom. Charles, the manager, does a great job of managing the work, and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. Our room was freshly painted, with new linen on the bed and blackout curtains on the windows. It also looked like we had a new microwave and minifridge. „To say this is a fabulous colonial-style farmhouse would be an understatement. The entire property is wonderful, and the main house is magnificent as you drive in. The kitchen literally took my breath away, as did the master suite. All of the rooms are great, and so many spaces to hang out in. The hosts were so gracious, we luckily were there in tomato and basil season, and they left some for us to cook with. Highly recommended!“

„Just what we wanted…a place to relax with a lake view. The deck is as described…perfect views of the lake, sunrise and the moon. There is no way off of it, so it was great for the dog as well. The sitting arrangements of sofas is also great…can be together but doing separate things- two people worked a puzzle while the other two watched a movie. „Wonderful little place! The entire family was impressed and they live in county. The saltwater pool was fantastic and right next to the cabins. The big plus....its gated!! Pro tip though bring your camping chairs, or cushions for the chairs. “

„Great house- plenty of room for everyone-fenced yard for the pups- caught bass, bluegill all released. The lake was starting to turn, so no swimming. Only nit-pick-cooking pans kind of groty. Loved the stove!“
