Beach access is unavailable during high tide at the moment (the beach changes rapidly), the public access point should be used just to the north of the Topsail Reef HOA for beach access

Beach Access and Amenities:

* BEACH ACCESS IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE
* ALL DAY BEACH IS LOCATED 0.6mi AWAY AT 3948 NEW RIVER INLET RD. PUBLIC BEACH PARKING HAS A FEE NOT INCLUDED IN RESERVATION PAYMENT.
* Access may be limited during high tide.
* Tennis and basketball courts, grilling area available for guest use.
* High tide will cover bottom stairs; alternative access points nearby.
* Avoid sandbags around building pillars to slow beach erosion.

What to Bring:

* Beach towels, toys and supplies
* Streaming logins for Smart TVs
* Toiletries, extra paper goods, laundry pods for laundry if desired

Linens and Paper Goods:

* Full set of freshly laundered linens and towels provided, and beds made prior to arrival.
* "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included.
* Starter pack of paper towels and toilet paper to get your group started.

Kitchen Items Provided:

* Keurig and regular coffee pot, blender, toaster utensils, pots/pans, and more.

* No pets or animals allowed for guests, homeowners may have pets in the community
* Parking for 2 vehicles
