When I saw the 10/10 rating, I was questioning if that was accurate. In my opinion it's very, very rare to find something that reaches perfection. Villa Capriani IS almost perfect.
A great location on the Northern end of Topsail Island, very quiet and relaxing. The condo itself is spacious with a great beach vibe and wonderful views of the Atlantic! Great access to the beach, a HUGE pool and a hot-tub to relax those tired muscles. ;)
The property manager Frank is one of the kindest, most accommodating people we've had the pleasure of dealing with on VRBO. It's not that there have been that many unpleasant ones, but Frank is just that good to deal with.
We are absolutely planning on returning to Villa Capriani as we travel to this area often to see family.
I highly recommend that if you're in the area, give this awesome location a chance, I'm sure you'll love it as much as we did.
