Welcome to Cosmos Cabana!

Gather the whole crew and settle into oceanfront living at Cosmos Cabana, a spacious seven-bedroom retreat in North Topsail Beach designed for large families and groups who want plenty of room to come together without sacrificing space to spread out.

Sitting directly along the beachfront in the Hampton Colony community, the home puts the sand just beyond your door. Follow the private beach access straight to the shoreline for effortless mornings by the water, afternoon swims, long walks along the coast, and plenty of opportunities to slip back to the house whenever you need a break.

The home's expansive oceanfront decks may quickly become everyone's favorite gathering place. Stretching across multiple levels, they offer incredible views and plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee, dine outside with the sound of the waves in the background, or settle in for an evening overlooking the water. A private hot tub on the lower oceanfront deck adds another way to unwind without ever losing sight of the coast.

Inside, Cosmos Cabana was made for gathering. The main living level is surrounded by ocean views, with large windows and multiple doors opening directly onto the deck. Comfortable living and dining spaces flow together, while the pool table adds a little friendly competition when everyone comes in from the beach.

With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the home offers an especially flexible layout for larger groups. Multiple suites provide additional privacy, while two bunk rooms give younger guests plenty of space of their own. Several bedrooms also include sitting areas or direct deck access, creating comfortable places to recharge away from the main gathering spaces.

When you want a change of pace from the sand, the Hampton Colony community pool is just steps from the house. Back at Cosmos Cabana, the elevator makes moving between levels—and getting luggage and groceries inside—much easier throughout your stay.
