Unit 2404, a beautifully updated condo located in the center building of the resort, has a stunning ocean view from the living room and balcony.  Immerse yourself in soothing white on white decor and upgraded features like shiplap detailing, granite counters, and easy to clean LVP flooring.  Your beach home away from home awaits!

Ground Level: Free Parking for 2 vehicles. Outdoor showers at the pool.  Elevator or Stairs to property level.

Property Level: We are a one story condo on the fourth floor.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 
- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs
- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Elevator Policies:  
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 

Pool Notice: 
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed. While owners are allowed to bring their dog, St. Regis HOA does not permit travelers to bring a pet. 

Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Things To Do on Topsail Island: Topsail Island is a 26-mile-long barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, home to the beach towns of Surf City, North Topsail Beach, and Topsail Beach. Spend your days swimming, surfing, fishing, or relaxing on the sand. Cast a line from one of the island's fishing piers, including the Seaview Fishing Pier in North Topsail Beach, the Surf City Ocean Pier, and the Jolly Roger Pier in Topsail Beach. In the summer months, you can book a fishing charter or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski. Around the island, you'll find locally owned boutiques, family restaurants, and ice cream and fudge shops. Soundside Park hosts outdoor movie nights and seasonal events on the Intracoastal Waterway. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum. Getting Around:
Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family-friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. For a change of pace, take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intracoastal Waterway.
