The house was perfect size for the 4 of us. It had a nice beach vibe. The beach was only a block away so access was easy. “

„Check in/out was a breeze, the unit was clean and well stocked with most everything you could need. Downstairs area is amazing for after the beach lounging. Could use a gas grill instead of charcoal. Other than that, 5 minute walk to beach, perfect for couples and we hope to stay again! “

„My husband and I had a great stay! It was relaxing, a great location and a beautiful beach area. We enjoyed sitting on both decks during the day and night. We were a little concerned that it was a duplex but had no issues with neighbor noise because it was a very private set up. “

„Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a great view. Owners were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. In addition to the condo, we loved St Regis overall as it’s very convenient with 2 restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop, very nice outdoor pool and a covered pool, and nice walkways to the beach including a ramp. The combination made a perfect stay. Definitely will stay here again in our next visit to Topsail. “

„We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again. “
