„There was an electricity cut for two hours. The management decided to send the whole kitchen staff home, although at 6pm power came back. That left us with no warm meal in the evening in the middle of nowhere. Worst thing : not even the kitchen manager stayed to give an explanation. We got a compensation but that is not the way you manage things in a 5 start establishment. On the other side, in the brochures it was said there would be a cold buffet for breakfast. „Very nice setting with view of the vineyard’s. We had a one bedroom suite and the room was very spacious and modern with a well furnished minibar and view over the garden. We had diner at the restaurant which was delicious with open show kitchen. Little things could be improved, like the use of tablecloth. And they set up the buffet for the breakfast in the morning while we still bad diner, that was a bit weird. The breakfast buffet was amazing offering everything you could wish for. “

„Moonhouse is a basic but comfortable cottage for a couple for a short term stay. Although the decor is simple we had all of our basic needs catered for and the cottage was clean. Some milk left in the refrigerator would have been appreciated. A refurbishment of the weedy garden area outside the cottage and along the walkway to the entrance would greatly improve the overall appeal of this property. “

„Our stay at Soumah wines was literally a little piece of heaven on earth. Feel so very fortunate to have stayed there. Just stunning. Everything was amazing. The villa, the views, the wines. Went for lunch on the Sunday too and it was delicious and the staff just wonderful. Made us feel so welcome. I really cannot recommend Soumah wines enough. It was devine from start to end. I just hope to be able to come back. “

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff support was outstanding – incredibly attentive, helpful, and approachable. I misplaced my pajamas during my stay, and although they couldn’t be recovered, the team went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me. The hotel itself is fantastic: spotlessly clean, modern, and stylish. It’s also super centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the area. And the pool? Simply amazing – a true highlight! I felt completely at home here. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!"

"Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Man spürt überall den Hauch einer traditionsreichen Zeit. Die Ruhe, die tolle Lage, die hervorragende Küche und das außerordentlich freundliche Personal werden für uns stets der Grund sein, hierher zurück zu kommen. Leider ist es vermutlich auch schwierig, so ein historisches Gebäude im Zustand zu erhalten. "
