Finde Smeaton's Tower Hotels

„This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely convenient and squeaky clean. Hospitality amazing. I’ll always be a repeat client.“

„Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public“

„Everything was fine. No problem at all.“

„Very friendly staff, amazing view from the restaurant. Well recommended.“

„The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot. We couldn’t find the outside bins as they were not where described. The access to the property in the evening was stressful as it is located in a very busy bar area which had people queued up to get. Security wouldn’t let us in to get to the apartment and we had to ...

„Zentrale ruhige Lage“

„To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half ...

„Staff was easily approachable and good communication“

„No one came to clean/empty bins etc for the length of our stay. It was very noisy. Constant doors banging in the middle of the night. Some drunk person knocking on the door after 9.30 pm. Reception staff were fine, but had to request clean towels/extra toilet paper.“
