„The location was beautiful with the lake outside, the golf cart was a huge bonus, and decor was minimal and lovely. The issues we had were that the upstairs air did not put out enough to keep cool. We ended up having to sleep downstairs on the couches the whole week. We also noticed immediately that the unit was definitely not “deep” cleaned. We felt sand on the floor with bare feet upon arrival, and noticed the lamps were very dusty, and the bathroom downstairs and guest bathroom were not deep ...

„Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it.“
