My room was in the basement which was fine as I only had a rucksack, but stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage. Communication with Sarah was excellent, she's so helpful! Would definitely book here again.“

„Location is near 2 different underground stations and a very large Westfield shopping mall. Like other reviews, the place is hard to find at first but we found it. It's ok inside but has had some water damage on the walls and the furniture is old so really not sure how this is a "refurbished" place. There is no coffee maker but there are cups, plates but we never cooked anything there. We were able to fit 3 teens in the living room using the pull outs. We could not get the TV to work, only ...

„The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed.
