„The area around the hotel car park is a little scruffy but don't let it put you off. The welcome from Reception was warm and it was nice to be shown to my room. The room was well appointed but, once again, lacked attention to detail! One of the light bulbs over the mirror wasn't working and, initially, I couldn't get the tv to work. „Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch ist die City von Norwich in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Hotel-Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das kontinentale Frühstück ausreichend; man kann warme Speisen zum Frühstück extra bestellen - die Pfannkuchen sind sehr empfehlenswert :). Die Auswahl an Speisen zum Diner ist ziemlich groß und geschmeckt hat es auch. Nette Bar mit ausreichender Auswahl an lokalen Bieren. Zimmer sind recht groß und sauber!“

„The room was exceptionally spacious and full of character. Many hotels are a bit soulless but this is far from the case here. The staff were professional, friendly and always with a smile. I've seen a few reviews have commented on 'hidden charges' - breakfast isn't included but this is clear from the very start and there's no pressure to eat here in the morning. If you do, however, the food is excellent (we had dinner) and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.“

„Idyllisch im Binnenland gelegen, aber nah der Küste. In der Umgebung Wald- und Wanderwege, Attraktionen wie Museumseisenbahnen, Museen, Herrenhäuser, Land- und Hofcafés. Modern und zugleich stilvoll eingerichtet. Exzellentes Frühstück nach Wahl. Lohnt einen längeren Aufenthalt.“
