„This is a recently renovated building conversion. Lovely, well-appointed units, fully equipped. Ground floor units have exceptionally high ceilings. Not well soundproofed, evidence of leaking from the second floor (ceiling not yet repaired). Ample parking, and can walk everywhere.“
