„Poorly managed and not even a fan in a non a/c hotel. When we arrived the reception was empty and as the mechanical as the electronical bell were both muted. After 5 minutes we went to the adjacent restaurant and asked the waiter who doubled as receptionist. He only spoke Czech - my partner luckily speaks a little. Otherwise we would not have been able to communicate. Our reservation was not in their system. I showed him that everything had been confirmed etc but he said it’s not in the system ...
