„The Farmhouse is in a lovely, peaceful setting. The interior has been professionally designed and decorated. A well stocked kitchen and tons of towels in the bath add to your comfort. Fireplaces (gas log) in almost every room speak to the authenticity of the structure. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is due for replacement but that is about the only thing that wasn't perfect. We enjoyed it immensely. Duffy Wooldridge“

„We loved the location, and it's was fun to visit with the animals. Wish we were able to sample some of the chicken eggs. There is a bit of deferred maintenance, some water damage in the kitchen. Would also have been great if there was a hair dryer available, especially as the weather gets colder. All in all a fun stay at a farm with a great location.“

„When we arrived, was very cold. Finally warmed a little. Last day air not working upstairs. Caused us to sleep downstairs as it was over 80 upstairs.“

„Stayed for a weekend family/hunting trip. Very cozy house, beautiful views. Not far from many fun things for the family to do. Definitely will be back. “

„A very nice get away. Simple, clean, and quiet. Although I stayed alone, it was nice to see card and board games, books and a fun scavenger hunt around the property! I sure would bring the family next time! Lots to do close by or day trips :)“

„House is large and comfortable with a beautiful location and view. Very close to Skyland Drive. Kid friendly with crib and high chair. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and come again. “

„Positiv: Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten um etwas zu unternehmen. Negativ: Die Klimaanlage kühlt leider nur den unteren Stock und nicht die Schlafzimmer. Die Betten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Nachbar war recht unfreundlich und gegenüber Fremden nicht besonders offen. Der Zugang zum Fluss war leider zugewuchert.“

„Cute farmhouse has a wonderful pool and hot tub! It’s on the outskirts of Luray, so plan on driving a bit to see the sights but it’s nice and quiet. There’s lots of levels to spread out in the house. Owner was very responsive and helpful with local suggestions of things to do and places to go. We enjoyed Skyline Drive in Shenandoah State Park that was about an hour from the house. “
