„I had a room with a SPA unfortunately the SPA didnt work on my first day but Alosha made sure, that all my complaints were fixed within minutes. He is incredibly friendly and helpful. Same as Simona, who checked me in and out! Very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and in walking distance to all major attractions in Skopje, great restaurants and supermarkets around as well. "I had a room with a SPA unfortunately the SPA didnt work on my first day but Alosha made sure, that all my complaints were fixed within minutes. He is incredibly friendly and helpful. Same as Simona, who checked me in and out! Very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and in walking distance to all major attractions in Skopje, great restaurants and supermarkets around as well. Easy accessible if you arrive by Bus or Train, even if you fly in you can use Wizi and they will take you to the hotel. The hotel does arrange pick ups too if needed. The intercontinental breakfast was everything I needed for breakfast. Thank you for the great stay! Will return!"
