The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). It is conveniently located - a short walk, 5 minutes app. brings you to the Bear Parking Lot from where a shuttlebus is frequently circulating to the chairlift of „Beaverlanding“ and to Beaver creek Village. „We had a fantastic stay at Matt & Courtney's condo. The location was perfect--truly ski in/ski out, bus stop right outside, and the Beaver Creek shuttles picked up and dropped off right at the door! „So just to start The House itself is a very nice and beautiful house needs a lot of work done to it, but it is very nice. Our main problems were cleanliness. There was mouse droppings all over cobwebs everywhere, and in two of the drawers were rolled up joints and marijuana pills that anyone could get to it there was some kind of food I presume, crackers and chips on almost all of the furniture. „wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kamin gebucht. wir hatten uns auf den Kamin sehr gefreut. Was wir vorfanden war jedoch eine große Klimaanlage aus Metall, die mitten im Kamin stand. Der Kamin konnte dadurch nicht benutzt werden. In der Buchung hieß es :Entspannung am Kamin. Von einer Entspannung kann man hier nicht sprechen. Hätten wir dieses bei der Buchung gewußt, dann hätten wir das Zimmer niemals gebucht.“
