"We had a maisonette room which was great! The bed is very comfortable and everything was very clean. The cleaning staff and the receptionists were very kind. On the other hand, the breakfast room is far too small for the number of guests. Some guests had to wait in the lobby for approximately 15 to 20minutes before getting a table. The restaurant staff was understandably stressed out and overwhelmed. Most of the time there wasn’t any food left and ordering hot drinks would take extremely long. The pool area was nothing special. Overall: In our opinion, the hotel is a good place to stay if you want to spend the day outdoors and enjoy the great location close to the gondola and the village. We wouldn’t recommend it if you’re planning a wellness weekend which revolves around staying in. "
