„Die Lage mit Blick auf teilweise schneebedeckte Berge über 2000 m hohe Berge war einmalig! Der Koch beriet uns beim Abendbrot persönlich. Was für eine Auswahl beim Frühstück! Weshalb ein Schwimmmeister bei den Öffnungszeiten des Bades anwesend war, erschoss sich uns bei 1,20 M Tiefe nicht - vielleicht wegen der Pflege des Bades.-Leider ging alles mehr oder weniger auf Polnisch zu, was wir nicht beherrschen.Wir wünschten uns beim Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr mehr Informationen auf Englisch, ...

Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben.“

„there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges“
