Summary:

Lilac Cottage is our largest lakeside cottage, sleeping up to 6 near Burgh Le Marsh, just outside Skegness. A double room, a twin room and extra single beds make it ideal for families and groups. Cosy up with underfloor heating and a Smart TV after autumn and winter walks, then step out from your private garden to our tranquil fishing lake. Dogs welcome, private parking, and perfect for cosy breaks and Christmas getaways on the Lincolnshire coast.

🛋️ Open Plan Living: Comfortable living space with Freeview Smart TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine.



🛏️ Bedrooms: One double bedroom, one twin room and a single in the rear area/hallway with a pull out second single bed which is put up in the living room, ideal for families or small groups.



🚿 Bathroom: Modern bathroom with separate shower cubicle, heated towel rail & toilet.



🌿 Garden & Outdoors: Enjoy your private garden with seating area and garden furniture, leading directly onto the grounds and tranquil fishing lake 🎣.



🚗 Parking: Private parking for 2 cars.

Private parking is available on-site 🅿️ for 2 cars, directly at Lilac Cottage with a clearly marked allocated space.



The cottage is easy to reach from the A158. As you head east on Station Road, turn right onto Bratoft Lane and follow the lane — Lilac Cottage will be located on the left-hand side.



🚖 Taxis are available locally for easy travel to Skegness, Ingoldmells, and surrounding areas.



🚆 The nearest main rail links are at Skegness Station, providing connections to larger towns and cities.



🚗 By car, Skegness is around a 10–15 minute drive, with Ingoldmells and nearby coastal attractions also within easy reach.

🚗 The parking area is well-lit for convenience and safety at night, however please note it is a gravel surface and may be uneven in places.



🎣 The property is set within grounds that include a private fishing lake. While this offers a peaceful and scenic setting, please take care around the water’s edge at all times. Children must be supervised near the lake, and guests use the area at their own risk.
