Welcome to our comfortable and well-equipped 2-bedroom caravan, perfectly located in the heart of Chapel St Leonards, where the beach, shops, cafes, arcades, restaurants, pubs, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance.

The caravan comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features:

• 1 Double Bedroom• 1 Twin Bedroom with 2 Single Beds• Pull-out Double Bed in the Lounge Area

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday, including a cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and air fryer.

For your convenience, bedding is NOT included we do offer a loan system for £20 separate to your booking , allowing you to start your holiday the moment you step through the door.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower cubicle with a temperature-controlled shower for added comfort and safety.

Outside, guests can enjoy a full-length gated verandah, providing a secure and relaxing space to sit and unwind during your stay.

Pet Friendly

We welcome well-behaved pets; however, we do not accept large dogs. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan or on the verandah at any time.

• Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all of our caravans.• Charging of electric vehicles, electric scooters, and electric bikes is not permitted. This is a site-wide safety rule due to fire risk.• Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay.

Damage Bond

Please note that every booking requires a £100 damage bond. This bond is fully refundable after your stay, subject to satisfactory post-departure checks being completed. The damage bond is payable directly to the owner, who will send payment details directly to the lead booker.
