Set within Butlins Skegness Resort, this family-friendly caravan is designed for seaside getaways with space for up to eight guests. With three bedrooms, a game console, and direct access to all the resort's entertainment, it's ready for a memorable coastal break.

IMPORTANT:
Butlins wristbands are NOT included in the price and will have to be purchased separately.
These are compulsory for all guests and must be ordered before arrival as they are not available on arrival without pre-booking.
Butlins charge 12 different prices for these and vary with the length and time of your break.
In general, Peak prices (school holidays) are
Adult (15 & over) 3-4 nights £40
Adult (15 & over) 5-7 nights £50
Child (14 and below) 3-4 nights £25
Child (14 and below) 5-7 nights £30
Infants below 2 on arrival FREE
Adult only big weekenders £45


SECURITY BOND
A Refundable £100 security bond will also be required. This is returned to you within 7 days of leaving if there is no damage.

If your wristbands have not been ordered and the required information provided AND payment received WITHIN 3 days of arrival, Butlins will make a £45 "Late booking" booking charge which is added to the wristband cost. this means that if you are arriving on Friday then the wristbands need to be ordered by 5pm Tuesday to avoid this charge (if you are arriving Monday then this needs to be by Friday 5pm)

Bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a double bed with space to unwind after a busy day. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds - great for children sharing - while the third bedroom also has two single beds. There's also a double sofa bed in the living area, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger families.
Bathrooms:
The cabin has two bathrooms. The first features a walk-in shower, while the second has a toilet and basin.
Living Area:
- Unwind on comfortable seating with the television or game console ready for entertainment

- Dining table with seating for meals and games Kitchen:
Prepare meals with ease in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need for home cooking:
- Fridge/freezer for stocking up
- Oven, hob, Air-fryer and microwave
- Kettle and toaster for quick breakfasts
- Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses
- Dining table for family mealtimes
Outdoor Space:
- Secure decking area with garden furniture for alfresco dining
- Relax outside with a morning coffee or evening meal
Practical Details:
Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Early check in and late check out may be available on request.
Children and infants are welcome, and a travel cot and highchair are provided free on request. The cabin is non-smoking, and unfortunately pets and group bookings are not permitted.
