„The Venti Hotel in Maceió is overall a good hotel that meets expectations. The location is excellent, the pool area is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pleasantly air‑conditioned, and the lobby is also kept cool, but the moment you step out of the elevator into the corridor, the warm and humid air is quite overwhelming. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast is generally good, although it is noticeable that the kitchen and service teams are not ...

„Everything was great! I will definitely stay at this apartment again. Great location, clean, safe and with everything I need.“

Algumas mesas mal limpas. Certa desorganização quando enche de hóspedes.“

„I liked the location, cleanliness and hygiene. Staff very helpful. But the internet was down too many times, and was a nuisance. But the worst thing I could single out was the elevator. Way too many guests for only two elevators. There were always line ups of people to get to the elevator. Very unpleasant. Thanks.“
