„What an amazing, cozy home. Exactly what we were looking for while visiting Skaneateles and visiting our son at Syracuse University. House was very clean and loved the open window room layout in the kitchen and family room. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. „What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. „Definitely 10/10. Not only was the home as it looked, it just felt light and fresh. But even better than that was the way the host made you feel welcomed with things like treats, a coffee bar and little stuff you might have forgotten. Being there just felt comfortable. The location was perfect and Jeffrey was very attentive and available if needed. Highly recommend!!!“

„This home was wonderful. It is in a great neighborhood, the house is roomy and clean, there were many amenities, and the owner was very responsive to any questions. „You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed ...

„Spacious, ideally located, well kept home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were no busy roads nearby, yet it was only a 10 minute drive into Seneca Falls for groceries and whatever else we needed. Plenty of room inside and, with two porches and a small patio, plenty outside as well. It's not obvious from the property photos, but I do want to emphasize that there are two full sized porches, an upper and a lower. „This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!“
