„We got downgraded from a three bed- to a two bedroom. We specifically booked and payed for it for extra space to lay out damp or freshly washed clothes to dry. No staff on premise to talk to (self checkin). Above us was hot tub and sauna, and despite officially being closed at 22:00, kids were still running and trampling on around on our wooden rooftop way past midnight.

„The hotel has an excellent location to access the airport and car rental areas. The hotel is clean., nice decor and the common kitchen area was well equipped. My complaint and I’ve read the description again is that the our room and others do not have private showers. We were on the second floor. Shower areas are on the first floor. We did have a private toilet and sink. Although this type of shower arrangement is not uncommon in Iceland I did not think it was disclosed in the facility ...
„Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß und alles vorhanden. Kaffe konnte man sich kostenlos an der Rezeption holen. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und wenn man am Abend Essen gehen will, erhält man ein sehr gutes Essen zu einem vernünftigen isländischen Preis.“
