Das Haus wird beherrscht von dem Innenhof, der nach allen Seiten geöffnet werden kann, so dass man im Wohnzimmer und gleichzeitig quasi im Grünen sitzen kann. Die 4 Zimmer haben alle ein En-Suite-Bad. Vom Wintergarten kann man das Meer sehen, allerdings nur sehr entfernt.
