„My wife and I had a wonderful stay at LimeTree Studio. We thought the location was convenient and loved the cute outdoor space. There was even a nice view of the sea from the covered area that was an unexpected surprise.Janet has organized a complete outline of things to do, places to shop, and restaurants to visit in the area and on the island in general. The parking area is gated and the place always felt secure and safe. We met Daisy and enjoyed her “hello”s dally. The bottle of wine she left ...

„the positives were location -- walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Negative was the communication/check in process - very confusing and not clear directions. And some information not accurate. The unit was clean but not very well stocked with kitchen items. The bathroom water downstairs was not working on arrival. Bedroom have very angled singles, so if sleeping on that side, need to be careful. No closet/dresser for clothes. Just a small bench which made it difficult to unpack. ...

„Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Need to be a bit strong to get heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs but it was reasonably straightforward. The shower was a bit of a challenge to regulate at first but got easier the longer we were there. AC works great. Fairly quiet at night, rare ambulance. Well supplied. Easy check in. Unique lock location! For up to four people I don’t think we could’ve been closer to Times Square and theaters. Metro very close. Would easily stay there again“

„An absolute treasure of a stay. Such a great location for a great price. The compound was walking distance to many amenities and beaches while also being a very familiar place for taxis. The pool was crystal clear, AC and fan worked perfectly as well. Kitchen had all the necessities no complaints there. Our host and her grand daughter were so delightful and made our stay so comfortable. 100% when visiting Sint Maarten I would rebook with Marina. :)“
