A Vilita Beach Apartment

Between the best beaches of Albufeira and Carvoeiro, discover our new apartment, perfect for up to 3 people.

From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny outdoor pool, equipped with comfortable furniture — the ideal space to relax with family and prepare a barbecue at the end of the day. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive away. The complex is located in a quiet rural area, with free parking.



The Vilita Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom. In the living room you will find an additional bed for the third person. The esplanade has a barbecue and is perfect for outdoor meals.



Guests have access to all areas of the apartment and can use all available equipment. If they need any specific utensil or appliance, we will always be ready to help.



Rules and Important Information



• Security deposit: at check-in, a deposit of 100€ per person will be requested, paid by bank transfer, card, or cash on the day of arrival. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer up to 14 days after check-out.

In case of property damage, the cost will be calculated and the difference refunded.



• Check-in / Check-out:

– Check-in: from 4 PM

– Check-out: until 10 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, only confirmed 2–3 days before arrival.



• Extra guests: it is possible to increase the number of people in the group. An extra bed will be added with respective sheets and towels. The cost is 150€ per person/per week.



• Pet Friendly: we accept pets, with prior notice and an additional cleaning fee.



• Towels: we provide bath towels suitable for the number of registered guests.



• Transfer: we can organize airport transfer, upon advance request.



• Non-included items: we do not provide cooking condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.
