„Nice place in a great neighbourhood. Walk to the beach and close to Cowes. Everything we needed for a family catch up. The house needs a good clean. Apparently the cleaners came through before us but it didn’t seem like it. The bedding was filthy and the mattresses also. I bought new bedding so my kids didn’t have to use the ones provided.“

Dust bunnies under all the couches. Appreciate it is hard to do a full clean with minimum time between customers. We had a lovely Christmas gathering and would recommend to friends. „We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.“

One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. „This was the perfect place for our short getaway with our family of 5. Ideally located within a good distance from the main thoroughfare but close enough for a good walk into town. Would highly recommend this listing and look forward to staying another time.“
