„Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again“

„Once I figured out the no-staff check in process, everything was perfect.“

„Clean, maintained, felt safe. Great coffee and staff was friendly“

„The room was full wasn’t cleaned. Pulled back the covers to discover the bed was full of hair… not Just the kind you find on your head either. Went to see about another room and was given a key to go see if it was clean. We moved but the only room left was also pretty dirty. Stains on the comforter, blood stains in the mattress cover, the curtains were…. Well very stained and nasty. The night stand and such were not washed down. We slept fully dressed and didn’t use the blankets, we felt ...

Gesamteindruck vom Zimmer: etwas abgewohnt“

„I didn't like anything. The room was dirty. Used soap, no toilet paper on the roll, mysterious stains on the bed skirt, red stains on the cupboard door. The night stand was badly damaged. The main carpet in the halls were dirty and damaged. I could go on.“

„Enjoyed our stay. Cllose to everything in town.“

„We were completely satisfied with our stay and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel gym was another highlight, offering a good selection of quality equipment for a great workout. We also found the staff to be very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable overall, although we would have appreciated a few more healthy options ...

„Super new and clean. Highly recommended.“

„How close it is to where I needed to be.“
