„The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. „We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. „The property manager has been very kind .My flight got delayed and she still was gracious enough to give me a room through the next day. She also made sure that my Wi-Fi was working great amenities at this condo! Has coffee cooking utensils roomie nice shower. Full-size fridge and freezer.“

Hosts were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to help us with the generator when there was a blackout. Has all the amenities that you would need. Definitely recommend this place. “

Disappointing stay at the once premier hotel

"Pro: Big room, comfortable matress, great breakfast. Con: Maintenance and general room equipment old and used. Outlets missing at the bedsides. Noisy box typ aircon (not suitable for this price category) Flushing of the toilet tends to break down. Reception staff couldn't speak english well. Very unattentive when faced with a problem like a broken (not clogged) toilet that needs maintenance staff not housekeeping. Conclusion: Don't visit L'fisher anymore for a good hotel in Bacolod. Seda and ParkInn are much more modern accomodations, especially compared to the prices."
