„We had a perfect stay in a very beautiful place. Every detail in- and outside the cottage just fits perfectly to the whole atmosphere of the herring house. The owners provided exceptional service, the breakfast was delivered to our door and was on point. Up to this point, by far the best hotel on our island roundtrip. 10/10“

„Nice location, modern, very nice hotel with the hot tub outside and a infra red light sauna. Our room was very nice and comfy - we had a standard room. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was very good but we had better in Iceland. Reception personal was nice and helpful but the Spanish speaking personal at breakfast was a bit rude and distant. We'd recommend this hotel definitely.“

„We arrived in the evening, driving through clouds unable to see anything. We awoke to find we were surrounded 360 degrees by gorgeous mountains! We were awed!It was a bit of a drive on a dirt road but well worth it. The house was great. As described. The hot tub was an added treat. „We booked a few nights at the Hidden Cottage and simply loved the place! The cottage is located not far from a village, in a pretty countryside area. The house had everything you needed and the cottage was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. My 13 year old son particularly appreciated the soccer field we had access to!  I recommend this place during your stay in Iceland!“
