Unit 21 - Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Condominium With Full Gulf Views

  • This renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the second floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! It is just steps to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom has two new full size beds. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The modern style, open kitchen has nice granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room TV size is 65 smart Tv", while both bedroom TV sizes are 48 inch smart tv for your enjoyment, the master bedroom is a 50 inch smart Tv as well. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The open patio allows you to enjoy the beautiful tropical breezes.

Amazing View

The property was very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The best part was the big windows in the living room and bedrooms that looked out over the beach/gulf. I do not like heights so the 2nd floor was perfect. The pool and tennis courts looked great but we never used them as we spent most of our time in the beach. I would definitely recommend this property. My wife and daughter are already wanting to plan another trip!!
