Ideal for one or two people.It is older construction and there's no A/C, but Joel has provided a fan for those warm afternoons.It's about a 5-10 minute walk down to the carretera, For a long stay, you'll probably want some wheels: bus, bike rental, and rideshare apps all work well.There's no clothes dryer, but the host provides a rack to set your clothes outside to dry if you wish.I really liked ...

„The house was great. The location is great. Next to lots of eating establishments. Near 2 banks (ATMs). Near the Lake Chapala Society, all within 5 or 6 blocks. The neighbors and neighborhood are so friendly and kind. The host was on it. When we needed anything, he made sure his on call maintenance guy was there. Not sure how he did this in Mexico but the guy was here within 1 or 2 hours even on a Sunday. Love the place and the host. So sad to leave. “

Secured walled off property with keypad to come and go. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. WiFi and TV. Daily housekeeping with fresh towels. Sheets changed mid-stay. Accommodating host. The monk parakeets just outside courtyard were fun to see. Overall a great place!“
