„We stayed for 3 nights at the dark horse. Brittany was quick to reply to any questions I had. The beds were very comfortable. The suite was spacious. The shower has a gap at the bottom so at times the bath mat would get saturatrd causing my feet and floor to be wet. There was an extra bath mat to use so it was no big deal.Overall very good place to stay. We enjoyed our time and would come back again.“

„Sehr schöner Platz in der Natur, das Meer und See in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto 5 bis 10 min. Restaurant und Shop in der Nähe ca.15 min zum Fuß“

„Beautiful, spacious, clean, stylish. Everything you need. Full, well equipped kitchen. Lovely deck space. Gas fireplace. Super comfy bed. Absolutely perfect!“

„Great price-performance ratio!“

„Great property offered by owners who care.“

„Cannot say enough about how much we love this place. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Bear Mountain getaway. The check in was smooth. The room was incredible. The environment was outstanding. We had a rough schedule because of what we ended up doing there but at night we were at ease. Rested well then move onto next day of another adventure. We are so grateful that we chose this place to rest.“

„Very welcoming host family. Shared the young children's backyard playground with our multigenerational family. Independent suite very clean and comfortable. Could have used more cutlery. Easy communication.Convenient location for our needs. Thank you.“

„A very thoughtful host! The space has everything needed!“

„The host was not around when we arrived even though we told her we would be arriving early. The grounds were run down and when we tried to contact her there was no wifi or cell coverage at that remote location. Because of poor communication and the run down appearance of the place we decided to stay elsewhere.“

„While I loved the location and the amenities, I was surprised to learn it is a 2 bedroom suite with each room is rented separately. Fortunately the other room wasn't rented out but I find disingenuous to describe the space as private. The bedroom doors are feet apart, and it is likely you are sharing a 2 bedroom suite with strangers.“
