„We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.“

„Das Rosemary Cottage Annex ist ein recht kleines und modernes Ferienhaus mit Reetdach. Es ist super eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Nick, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wohnt in der Nachbarschaft. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und traumhaft, das Village, langgestreckt mit engen Sträßchen, hat einen schönen alten Dorfpub und einen Village Store. Es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Seebädern mit Strand, dem Coast Path, und ins Dartmoor. Uns hat es sehr gut ...

„Wir haben 3 Nächte hier verbracht und uns dabei die Küste und das dartmoor angesehen. Das cottage ist ein Eckgebäude in einem ziemlich engen Wohnviertel. (War im Dunkeln trotz navi schwer zu finden weil man auf das haus nicht zufährt. Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Haus nur mit Glück, aber in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus hat unten 2 relativ kleine Schlafzimmer und ein schönes neues Bad. Oben gibt es eine große Wohnküche mit entferntem Meerblick“

„We stayed 3 days here. We were mostly out of the home but it is on a very quiet street that when we slept we didn’t have any issues of traffic or other people. The stairs can be difficult so it you have stairs be prepared. They are a beautiful set of stairs. You are in waling distance of multiple restaurants. The host was VERY accommodating and assured us when we arrived early. It was very much appreciated!“

„Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou“

„Charmouth is a lovely small town and this cottage is the perfect way to experience it. The beach and fossil hunting were our favorite activity. The few shops and restaurantants were lovely...exactly the peaceful holiday I wanted for my family.“

„We had a lovely time in this characterful and homely house. The only thing to be prepared for is the noise from the road which is intrusive at night. Maybe better in the winter when windows are closed“

„We had a wonderful week at Waterfall Cottage - it is just as beautiful as the photos suggest. The games room and trampoline are great for the children, terrace is lovely for grown-ups. Everything spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Tracy always responded immediately to our questions. Would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again sometime.“

„dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down ...

„Cobblers Cottage was perfect for two people, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and quiet. The location of the cottage is excellent with a five minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to the town. Sidmouth is a lovely little town with lots of shops.“
