„Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. “

„I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. „We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there.
