„Super nettes Personal, Englisch wird recht gut gesprochen. Gute Lage, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet.

„All good!“

„Nce hotel in walking distance to the city center, nearby metro station and easy to reach from the airport. Very comfortable beds, good breakfast, big and clean rooms. Would stay there again.“

„Absolut schlecht. Leider. Zimmer sind nicht saubern. Überall irgendwelche Flecken. Es stinkt extrem aus den Abfluss. Und es ist mega hellhörig.“

„Always a nice stay“

„Very pleasant stay at the Waldorf hotel in Chengdu, extraordinary experience before check-in already: I contacted the hotel requesting a high-floor room with nice view as I am celebrating 80-th birthday with mom. The booking staff replied swiftly and arranged everthing as requested with even a nice surprise: a birthday cake and warm decoration in the room. In general, all staffs are very friendly all the time. Breakfast offers various cuisine. Definitely my choice for next time in Chengdu again! ...

„Excellent staff service, we feel very welcome and at ease during our stay. Bravo to the concierge staff!! 👏👏👏“

„They pay attention to everything in the Hotel, so well organsied, every time there, I allready plan to come again. Thanks to all member of the Staff!!!“

„The pictures on Expedia were misleading. Only 5-8 floor belongs to the hotel. Lobby is on 6 floor if I remember correctly. The room seemed not well maintained. I can see mold inside vanity sink cabinet. No delivery robots like other hotels I stayed in China, the delivery man gets lost most of the time because the floors are like a maze. They were doing renovation during our stay, it was so dusty and noisy…. Two things I like about this property, the breakfast and front desk ladies. I paid ...
