This stylish holiday home provides you cozy vacation due to centrally located position. You are just a few minutes walk to the beach, coffee bar, pizzeria or shop. Beach is amazing with shadow between pine trees. You can accommodate in our villa in 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, and 3 single beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and ice maker. You can make your lunch at BBQ (on gas), serve it on covered terrace and jump into amazing pool. Vacation guaranteed!
On the ground floor there are toilet, kitchen, living and dinning room, and exit on terrace with pool area. Up by stairs there is first floor with 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom, double bed, terrace with a partial sea view, TV and AC.
Bedroom 2: double bed, AC.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (for 2 people) + single bed and AC.
All bedrooms and living and dining area have electric shutters for darkening the space.
Both villa and pool is for sole use. Inside the fenced yard there is parking space for 3 cars.
