„Super Hotel. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Besonders im Bereich der Rezeption waren wir überrascht, wie man sich bemühte. Sogar das Zimmer dürften wir uns aussuchen (Erdgeschoss oder 1. Stock, eher sonnig oder schattenseitig). Hilfreich auch bei Tourenplanungen. Auch der über das Hotel gebuchte Taxitransfer klappte trotz Flugverspätung von über einer Stunde beste uns und es wurde uns kein höherer Preis als jener, der bei der Buchung vereinbart wurde, verrechnet. „Die Schallisolierung ist nicht gegeben. Wer Mittagsschlaf halten will wird von den Leuten im pool gestört. Abends ist karaoke angesagt. Das schallt mit unter durchs ganze Gebäude. Personal und essen waren super. Wer seine Ruhe sucht sollte evtl eine andere bleibe suchen“

„Alles prima. In Gokarna sicher eines der besten Hotels. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es mitten im Wald gelegen ist. Ich war in der Summe sehr zufrieden.“

„Had a really pleasant stay at Relux Holiday Home. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Madgaon market is just a 10-minute walk, so great for shopping. Overall, nothing negative to say — everything was genuinely good.“

„Excellent property - large and very stylish guest rooms with all amenities, cool bars and two very good restaurants, especially the Spice Studio. Generally, we did not find the F&B part overpriced (e.g. cocktails 7€/$, soft drinks 2.50€/$). Very good spa. Except for a few exceptions, staff are very well trained and helpful. There is a shuttle service to the (not so great) beach. Taxis to a much better beach (15 minutes) are readily available.“

„The night I stayed there the hotel had a party in the lobby. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep and I needed to get up early the next day for my flight. I also discovered the next day that I was bitten by bed bugs. No manager on duty to complain to.“
