„The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management. “

Allerdings ist die Freundlichkeit manchmal etwas übertrieben, man wird oft gebeten mit dem Chef zu telefonieren um mitzuteilen wie gut alles doch ist und um irgendwelche Bewertungen auszufüllen. Komme trotzdem immer wieder gerne hierher da man mich dort kennt und da das Hotel zu dem Preis eigentlich immer noch gut ist. “
