Staff unfriendly and incompetent, Fungi in Bathroom, heavily stained toilet (but had the paper seal - disinfected around it - you did see that they just put the seal on but never even tried to clean it. I had a luxury room but no remote control for the A/C. It was freezing cold in the room, I asked for a remote control, they refused to permanently hand one over to me, as they said ...

„Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote.“

If you are not used to south Indian breakfast, you have an option of different style of eggs, cereal and fruits. The only drawback is the wifi system. We could not get wifi in our rooms. „Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Hervorzuheben ist der Empfang an der Rezeption. Wir wurden nicht nur aufs Zimmer geführt, sondern wurden uns alle Facilities wie Spa, Fitnessraum etc. gezeigt und erklärt.Das Zimmer war sehr schön, gute Betten, großes, sauberes Bad mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Vom Bett aus hatte man sogar liegend einen super Blick auf Panaji und den Mandovi, da die Fenster bis zum Boden reichen, ohne dass jemand von außen reinschauen kann.
