"チェックイン時間より早く到着しましたが、お部屋には時間通りのご案内ですとの事で入ることはできませんでした。ロビーではそういう方が沢山待っていましたが、皆さんに対し平等で丁寧な対応で嫌な気持ちにはなりませんでした。 お部屋は清潔で、館内どこもきれいでした。出発日のためにタクシーをお願いしたいとスタッフの方に聞いてみたところ、予約だと運賃に別途お迎え料金？のようなものが追加されるとの事で、当日早めに言った方が良いと提案していただきました。ありがとうございました。"

"A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Everything from the comfortable, well-appointed room to the incredibly welcoming staff was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing, making it an ideal home base for exploring the local attractions. The food was also excellent, with great quality and variety. A major highlight of the stay was the public onsen bath—it was superb and the absolute best way to relax and unwind after a long day of walking. One quick tip for future guests: if you are planning to arrive by bus, keep in mind that the final stretch from the bus station to the hotel is a very steep walk. It is perfectly manageable, but definitely good to know in advance if you are traveling with heavy luggage. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly stay here again!"

"The hotel has all sorts of goodies, like toothbrushes, towels, shampoo, nail clippers, and so on. A seperate smorking room on th ground floor with air ventilation. Its 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest train station. I can absolutely recommend it."
