If you're looking for a quiet and private place for a long weekend, this is a great option. The town of Shokan is super tiny and has very few dining and/or grocery options, so you'd have to head to Woodstock, Kingston or Phoenicia for legit breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinking options, but all are just a 15-25 minute drive away. “

„Loved this cozy space -from all windows you can see trees( it was fall so foliage in full effect). The space was extremely clean, well appointed and laid out and super cozy. I was in Germantown for a weekend yoga event at Jai’s Yoga Shala which was in walking distance. Also took a trip to Hudson. I will certainly be back here again and would recommend this lovely oasis.
